Full Throttle Fat Loss - Huge Commissions - Launching Now (voir Mobile)

Those thighs use to be beautiful right? Your waist use to fit into all those clothes you don't buy anymore that favorite pair of jeans or top just doesn't look right :( The energy that you use to have is just... GONE! Many of us have been there, and it's hard to turn around, however if you don't get yourself off this unhealthy path, you definitely could have other more serious consequences not just esthetic's and energy loss.
It is a proven fact that muscle weighs more than fat, and in order to truly get rid of the extra pounds, and convert them to muscle is a complex set of steps that you must take to really see your efforts prove effective.

  1.   Your goal is in fact two fold, (weight loss and muscle gain), you need to attack one with stealth, and the other with force. How? It's actually not THAT hard! The first and most important step in your journey is to work on your weight loss and eating habits. The more cardio you do, and the more greens you eat simultaniously, the faster you will notice that losing the weight is possible and happening! All the while knowing that this is only step one. The diet and food consumption is greatly important here, it's not about starving yourself - it never was - it's simply knowing what to eat more of vs. less of... more on this later.
  2. The stress and sleeping patterns you take on are going to significantly affect your results. Let's assume that you know this, and are going to do your best from THIS moment forward, to set yourself up for a minimum of 7-8hours a night, and tell yourself that NO MATTER WHAT - you're going to take things a little easier when they are thrown at you. Being stressed a lot day by day overlaps itself and creates a very negative outlook on life as more of your day is spent on worrying and creating 'what if' scenarios in your head, and less time is spent being free spirited, positive and most of all - HAPPY.
  3. Start noticing things throughout your day that you can do to really improve your space, your journey to and from work/school/home etc. Take more stairs, walk more, go for walks 'just because', don't grab that afternoon chocolate or sweet, or grab only 1 this time not 3-5. Incrementalization is VERY important! Meaning you are slowly but steadily preparing your body to the changes you are making.
  4. Working out - I know I know, you were hoping we could just skip this part. Well, to an extent we're going to 'for now'. However not totally. When you are at your gym, or home doing living room workouts, don't worry about weights and power lifting. In fact you CANNOT do this or you will reverse your efforts, and could gain more weight quickly. You need less weights, MORE repetitions. Sounds easy and is well known, but most still think that just killing themselves with push ups or situps or steps until they literally can't breathe... "one more"... is going to wipe you out FAST. Again - incremental steps at this point, you need to train your body to get use to building and using energy for longer and longer periods of time. Your threshold to pain, thirst, energy span WILL get greater, and you WILL notice a difference within a few weeks if you are serious this time (If you're reading this - you ARE serious this time!!!).
  5. Laughing/smiling - It has been proven that laughing is actually an effective way to use your muscles in small enough increments repeatedly that it causes for a small cardio workout internally. LAUGH! Time to bust out the old VHS movies you haven't watched in ages? Go see a few more good movies in the theatre perhaps? Just stay AWAY from the sweet/treat stand!! Seriously - no popcorn or snacks during movies or times when you are in deep thought for long periods of time. You spend an hour and a half laughing at a movie, but you ingest more calories and food than you think, making your whole plan debunk. Grab a joke book or hit a joke site, and visit it once a day! This will make you a cheerful person and you might even be the new best joke/story teller at your water cooler/work... Happy people attract and bring out the happiness they are experiencing through others. Feeling great about yourself while going through this transition is extremely important!
  6. It's happening!! You're finally noticing that your eating habits, daily workouts, stress management and happy outlook are really making a difference, you've lost your first 20 pds!!! It feels great doesn't it?! That shirt finally fits, that person you've had an eye on is being more social with you, your happy attitude is infectious wherever you go, NOW it's time to really get to work! Your body and mind have adjusted, you only cheated a few times (just don't let it get out of hand), you quantify that this is working and continue to work your plan, this time with stealth all around. You now start to transition a bit of your cardio with touch of power lifting/weights to increase your strength and power building in your body. Why? So that when you go back to cardio, you'll last even longer next time, and each time you return you'll continue to last longer because you're introducing strength building into the mix.
  7. That perfect diet & plan, you know that you're not there yet, you've gotten some success with adjusting your eating however you've also noticed there is room for improvement, so you get to work on researching the best diet plan that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, doesn't require continual supplements, is 'good for you' yet doesn't taste like cardboard, and of course - allows you to continue to eat at least SOME of your favorite dishes, perhaps with a little adjustment in the recipe/ingredients... You know that you 'need' to eat, and with a good diet plan you actually eat well!! The best to date in my opinion is the the FatLoss4Idiots diet plan which rivals all the expensive and branded weight loss centers, and brings you down to reality with a plan that is truly realistic for the average person to follow.
If you've gotten this far and are happy with your results so far, you're probably going to start to notice the parts of your body that are shrinking and muscle toning, vs the parts that are harder to handle (no pun). You'll feel so much muscle ripping and tissue pain that you'll have learned to accept and befriend it, because you know that when you are aching a little, it's working :) Silly thought but every successful person that has lost weight and or gained muscle will tell you the same - it's a great feeling. Focus that pain and ache to the parts of your body you want to work most, it's not that hard to target specific muscles actually, and there are many workouts for every muscle group or targeted muscle.Remember - INCREMENTAL! Do not overdo it no matter what! You'll be out of commission for a week or more if you overdo it in your first few days or week. Stay on top of your workout and plan, do not let it take over you and win, you take over it - and adjust ONLY if absolutely needed.
